For generations, Palestinian families have harvested olives in ancient groves, sustaining their communities and honoring a deep relationship to the land. The same olive groves that Noushi Pastry is honored to bring to you in our treats.

Under Israeli occupation, this essential harvest season is repeatedly disrupted by violence, destruction and dispossession.

This fall, Noushi Pastry is joining a delegation of chefs, farmers, and hospitality workers to travel back to Palestine for the olive harvest. We’ll be working with Palestinian farmers, community leaders, and culture-bearers to sustain ancestral foodways, practice collective care and build sovereignty.

We’re continuing this connection of our people and lands through this collective action while standing with communities to protect their livelihoods and ancestral lands.

We are asking for your support to make this possible. Your contribution will fund on-the-ground support to the Palestinian farms and community organizations we are working with and travel/training for this delegation of dedicated food workers.
